The Psi-Tech has a knack for getting the most out of a machine, including vehicles. They can increase the speed, fuel efficiency/range (when applicable), and M.D.C. of vehicles and bots by 10%, and the speed and performance of computers by 15%. They can even tweak weapon systems to increase the effective firing range by 10%, and can jury-rig parts together in an emergency three times faster than what's normal. They perform all mechanical and computer skills about two times faster than normal.

Personality: Thomas tends to be a cautious and careful man. He might not make friends too quickly or easily, but he's extremely loyal to the ones he has and does expect the same loyalty in return. It takes a lot to shake thrust in his friends, but equally it takes him a long time to get over it if that thrust is ever broken. Curious in nature, it might lead him to either knowledge or trouble. Philosophically, he tends to emphasise on practicality and efficiency. As much as he use the least amount of required force in combat, so does he to deal with most situations. Thomas constantly finds himself compelled to help those in needs and hates himself for it.
